Delicious food! Stopped by for lunch with my GF. The hummus is yummy but watch out for the jalapeño on top. Fabulous pita. We shared a plate of falafel and an Israeli salad. So good!! We will definitely be back.

Came in to get a gift cars for a birthday and they were super helpful and the menu looked amazing. They also had boxes of fresh baked goods which made a perfect addition to the gift card. They have a small patio outside as well. This was a hidden kosher gem that I never even knew was right in my neighborhood.

Came in for a to-go order, place was packed, line outside the door waiting to come in. While it took a while to get someone's attention, a server did come to get my order, although she was rushed so she could return to her tables. Why not have someone work at the register/front of house? Anyways, the food came out fast considering how many people were there, and was delicious. We had schwarma, schnitzel and a big juice burger. Asked for extra side of tehina and schug, no problem. If Im in the area and we need dinner, this is the place to go in Scottsdale.

We just visited Fata Morgana and it was quite the experience. We ordered the hummus appetizer, garlic fries and the Pita Lachmajoon (juicy beef on an open pita with tahini and matcha on the side). First impression is that the servings are huge. The hummus was original with a sliced boiled egg and jalepeno on top. Overall hummus was excellent. When the sever asked do you want the regular or large garlic fries (go with the regular) the large was huge. They were crispy and very tasty (overall excellent). The juicy beef lachmajoon was disappointing and the server made us another order. It was described as "juicy" but was very dry. The reorder was excellent (it was very juicy and favorable). I think the first portion must have been sitting under a heat lamp and should not have been served. As for ambiance, don't turn away from stopping at a strip mall because it is well worth it. I would also say it's closer to 3 dollar signs instead of 2. Overall this was an excellent food experience and we will come back to try more menu items. FIMP "Food is My Passion"

The food here is consistently tasty, with reasonable prices for a kosher meat restaurant in Scottsdale. The modern vibe and Israeli music add a nice touch. Service is quick, but it's more relaxed than typical American standards. One concern was the automatic 18% gratuity added for our party of three. It wasn't clearly mentioned on the menu or told to us beforehand. I would have left a 20% tip, but the lack of transparency about the charge was a bit off putting. Staff wasn't sure about if the charge was even added when asked. I might have just not caught it but would have liked to have known before hand even if I think they did deserve the tip.

I enjoyed my large portion of chicken schnitzel and healthy, tasty Israeli salad. My server was very attentive and smiled a lot (sweet). The Olympics were on the TV and music was playing. It wasn't loud. The place was clean.

I have to praise this restaurant, the most Israeli there is, really delicious, clean, service ten out of ten, we had a great time, thank you very much, I highly recommend the baguette that comes with Franch fries , very tasty, we will definitely come back here.

In spite of its namesake, I assure you that this is no mirage. This is the real deal and in all my travels to West Asia, this was surprisingly good and way exceeded for expectations. To be fair, I only ordered the Hummus and wow, it was a full spread of tahini, a spicy sauce and tahini with to go with the phenomenal pita I had. This hummus eats like a meal, for 2 mind you, but don't let that stop you from ordering more. I'm looking to returning and trying the rest of the menu. I only gave 5 starts because there's no 10 possible. A haven for true foodies looking for a (real) oasis in this desert. P.S. - Order the Limonata

Delicious delicious delicious! Hummus with mushrooms are so good. Creamy hummus goes so well with mushrooms and onions. The bread for the hummus is so fluffy and warm. We could not stop but have to stop because this appetizer is huge and we need to have some rooms for the main dish. Sabich is huge and delicious. Fata chef sandwich is so delicious. The sandwich has schnitzel, thin slide of egg plants, and the bast part is the matbucha, spicy tomato and roasted peppers. The portion is huge so we got some leftovers and we also got baklava to go.
